Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using SwishCall ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use SwishCall. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

SwishCall is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls to the extent required by law.

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use, and that Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

SwishCall is a basketball shot tracking app that allows you to log makes and misses using manual input or voice commands. The app provides analytics, workout plans, and shooting statistics stored locally on your device.

SwishCall uses analytics and attribution services, including Firebase Analytics and AppsFlyer, to understand app usage and measure campaign performance. SwishCall also uses Apple's SKAdNetwork for privacy-preserving ad attribution.

SwishCall may request permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework for ad measurement. App functionality is not blocked if tracking permission is denied.

SwishCall offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("SwishCall Pro") that unlock additional features including analytics, heat maps, unlimited history, and custom training plans.

• Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial and are not charged during the trial period.
• Billing: After the trial ends, your selected plan (monthly or annual) is charged to your Apple ID account.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Renewal Charge: Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or Cancel: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Pricing: Current subscription prices are shown in the app before purchase.
• Restore: If you have already purchased a subscription, use "Restore Purchases" in the app.
• Refunds: Payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through reportaproblem.apple.com.

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of tracking basketball shooting activity. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.

SwishCall provides training and performance-tracking tools for informational purposes only. It is not medical, coaching, or professional training advice. You are responsible for using the App safely.

All app content, design, and code in SwishCall are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwishCall is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Workout data is stored locally on your device, and limited analytics/attribution data may be processed by the services described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
