Privacy Policy

SwishCall is a basketball shot tracking app. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how the app handles your data.

SwishCall is developed and operated by SwishCall. For privacy inquiries, contact support@swishcall.app.

SwishCall does not require an account and does not run a cloud backend for your workout data. Your workouts, plans, stats, streak data, and app preferences are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple frameworks.

SwishCall also processes limited analytics and attribution data to understand app usage and ad campaign performance. This may include app interaction events, subscription lifecycle events, and device-level identifiers provided by Apple and third-party SDKs.

SwishCall does not require camera-based tracking or motion-based gesture tracking in the current release. The app is designed to work with manual and voice input only.

SwishCall requests microphone access to enable voice-activated shot counting. Speech recognition is provided by Apple's Speech framework and may run on-device or through Apple services depending on your device and iOS speech availability.

SwishCall does not store audio recordings and does not upload your audio to SwishCall servers.

If you enable daily reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device through Apple's notification system. SwishCall does not use push-notification marketing services.

Optional subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles billing and payment information. SwishCall receives only the subscription status needed to unlock Pro features.

SwishCall uses third-party services for analytics and attribution:

• Firebase Analytics (Google): used to measure product usage events and feature engagement.
• AppsFlyer: used for install and purchase attribution and campaign performance measurement.
• SKAdNetwork (Apple): privacy-preserving ad attribution managed by Apple.

SwishCall does not sell your workout history or plan content. We share analytics and attribution data with Firebase and AppsFlyer to operate analytics and advertising measurement. If you use Share features, you choose what to share and where to share it through iOS sharing tools.

SwishCall may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to measure ad performance across apps and websites. You can decline tracking and still use the app. You can also change your choice any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Since data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app removes SwishCall data from that device.

You can also delete all workout and plan data at any time from the in-app Settings screen.

Analytics and attribution data processed by Firebase and AppsFlyer is retained on their servers subject to their respective data retention policies.

SwishCall is not directed at children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
